To use Rizeconnect, you must:

- Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. User Accounts
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- Users agree to notify Rizeconnect immediately of unauthorized access or use of their account.
- Rizeconnect reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.
4. Listings and Content
- Users may post business listings, reviews, or other content in accordance with platform guidelines.
- Users grant Rizeconnect a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute submitted content.
- Users warrant that their content does not infringe on the rights of third parties or violate any laws.
- Rizeconnect reserves the right to remove content deemed inappropriate, misleading, or harmful.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Post false or misleading information.
- Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
- Upload malicious software or files.
- Engage in harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior.
- Exploit platform vulnerabilities or attempt unauthorized access.
6. Payment and Fees
- Certain services, such as premium listings or advertising, may require payment.
- All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
- Rizeconnect may update pricing or introduce new fees with prior notice.
7. Subscription Services
- Users subscribing to paid plans agree to recurring billing until cancellation.
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time but are non-refundable for the current billing cycle.
8. Third-Party Services
- The platform may integrate with or link to third-party services.
- Rizeconnect is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party providers.
9. Intellectual Property
- Rizeconnect retains ownership of all intellectual property associated with the platform.
- Users may not copy, distribute, or modify platform content without authorization.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Rizeconnect is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- Rizeconnect is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
- Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user, if applicable, within the last 12 months.
11. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold Rizeconnect harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- User content.
- Breach of these Terms of Service.
- Violation of third-party rights.
12. Termination
- RizeConnect may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
- Users may terminate their accounts at any time.
- Termination does not waive obligations or liabilities incurred before termination.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the Republic of South Africa.
14. Changes to Terms
Rizeconnect reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
